Our founder, Shannon Yasseri, discovered her passion for healthcare financial management in high school, working as an evening receptionist at a nursing home in small-town Minnesota.
After more than 25 years of working in corporate healthcare consulting, Shannon partnered with her own team of experts.
We are a group of like-minded consultants who want to cut through the red tape, roll up our sleeves, and solve the problems facing healthcare organizations like yours.

Shannon Yasseri
Managing Director
Shannon Yasseri founded Eclipse Insights, LLC in 2022. Prior to that, Shannon worked for multiple, large healthcare consultancy groups.
At her prior consultancy, Shannon built and led the organization’s Performance Improvement practice across both Revenue and Clinical optimization.
Over her career, Shannon and her team have led numerous transformation engagements across the Revenue Continuum. These engagements have identified and delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in net revenue benefit for her clients.
After 25 years in corporate healthcare consulting, Shannon decided to found Eclipse Insights and partner with her own team of experts to focus on driving bottom-line results for healthcare clients.
Kelly Krulisky
Managing Director
Kelly Krulisky leverages more than 20 years of healthcare experience to deliver revenue cycle and access to care solutions to the healthcare industry.
Kelly has a history of partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and government clients that have delivered on net revenue and performance improvement objectives while prioritizing the client relationship, the team culture, and the patient experience.
Kelly’s net revenue engagements consistently result in greater than 1.5% net revenue improvement, and Kelly has also developed solutions across the referrals, scheduling, and digital patient experience space, especially with a focus on Epic EHR.
Kelly has worked with various large consultancy and healthcare software organizations prior to joining Eclipse.
Shonna Marshall
Managing Director
Shonna Marshall leverages her industry and consulting experience to help providers and health systems develop robust and defensible charging practices to align charges to resource utilization and to maximize reimbursement for services rendered. Over her 20-year career, Shonna has held multiple positions within Chargemaster, Revenue Management, and Revenue Integrity working for healthcare systems.
Within these positions, Shonna provided leadership and strategic direction across underpayments, Chargemaster methodology and maintenance, financial planning, defense auditing, and defensible charging practices. In addition, Shonna has experience leading a Revenue Integrity team responsible for charge reconciliation, reporting, and charge workflow auditing.
In advisory consulting, Shonna has led numerous assessments and implementations that have identified charging methodology, education, and workflow opportunities resulting in millions of dollars of improved net revenue and reimbursement.
Eric Wilberg
Managing Director
Eric has over 17 years of experience working with more than 40 hospitals and health systems, including large multi-facility systems, community and critical access hospitals, academic, and regional medical centers.
He has successfully led teams to redesign processes and implement technology and operational solutions for multiple areas. These engagements have resulted in significant benefits including improved process efficiency and reporting, accelerated cash collections, increased productivity and quality, and millions of dollars in net revenue improvement.
Eric is certified in Epic Prelude and Grand Central and has worked with multiple clients on system conversions as well as pre- and post-implementation initiatives. Eric also has experience with MEDITECH, Cerner, and a variety of other EHR’s. Eric is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA), and serves as the current Vice President and Board Member for the Colorado Chapter.
Nick Petrus
Managing Director
Nick Petrus is committed to accelerating efficiency to alleviate unnecessary burdens for patients, providers, and participants in the care delivery ecosystem. Over the past two decades, he has delivered over $400M in bottom-line, margin impact to healthcare organizations through financial, operational, and strategic performance improvements.
Nick has successfully advised and led complex transformations spanning Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Care Continuum, Labor, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Technology Enablement, and Payer/Provider integration. His proven success includes traditional and non-traditional healthcare markets spanning non-profit, publicly traded, and investor-backed providers.
Prior to joining Eclipse, Nick led the Revenue Cycle transformation practice as Managing Director for one of the nation’s largest consulting organizations. In that role, he served a diverse set of healthcare organizations across the country while consistently delivering significant financial returns.
Krista Latchaw
Director
Krista has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, leading teams to achieve organization-wide changes across multiple care settings, including large non-profit hospital systems, provider practices, private equity firms, safety-net facilities, and specialty hospitals.
In her role, she has successfully organized and overseen teams across various service lines and engagements to enhance her clients' financial performance and strategic operations. Krista's projects have included patient access, financial clearance, technology and vendor/EMR implementation, automation, strategic operating models, clinical documentation improvement, denials management, and business office assessments & transformations.
Beyond bringing financial benefits to her clients, Krista strives to provide a seamless Patient Experience for the organizations she serves. This commitment extends to her local community work, including various board positions benefiting children through national organizations.
Ted Syverson
Director
Ted Syverson joins the team with 25 years of experience across a spectrum of healthcare organizations from academic centers to multi-facility and federally qualified centers.
With more than 12 years of executive-level revenue cycle leadership and experience, Ted approaches client situations with a perspective of deep understanding and a teamwork approach to tackling the challenges.
Ted’s EHR expertise spans across Epic, Meditech, as well as Cerner for implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
Ted is a Fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) holding multiple certifications and is a Certified Executive in Leadership Healthcare Professional with Cornell University.
Kristin L. Ward
Director
Kristin has more than 25 years in the healthcare industry. She is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in the acute hospital setting and Performance Improvement consulting. She is mastered prepared with a focus in nursing leadership & administration. She is a member of ACMA & ACDIS and holds CMAC & ACM-RN certifications.
The past several years of her healthcare career have been focused on leading project initiatives and project teams focused on providing financial and operational improvements across Care Management, Utilization Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Point of Care Charging Workflows, and other revenue transformation initiatives.
As a versatile and collaborative leader, she has consistently proven her ability to deliver engagements on-budget and on-time, while ultimately delivering and exceeding results and net revenue goals.
Molly Karle
Director of Operations
Molly Karle joined Eclipse Insights in early 2023 with the mission to build infrastructure and hire team members.
With a background as a consulting manager at Accenture, Molly is in-tune with the lifestyle and needs of a consulting team, making infrastructure decisions with a people-first mindset.
Eclipse Insights has a unique corporate culture, entrepreneurial and client-centric, where team members deliver creative, inspired, custom-crafted solutions to our clients. Teamwork, gratitude, and inclusivity are corporate values Molly seeks to protect and cultivate as Eclipse Insights continues to grow.
Molly is a University of Notre Dame graduate, BBA with MIS concentration, with experience building infrastructure for telecom software and HR outsourcing companies. She is mother to two Georgia Tech graduates now software consultants, an avid photographer, and an aspiring sommelier.
Scott Pisciotta
Director of Technology
Scott has spent his entire career, over 25 years, in the healthcare IT space. He was Director of Software development at Nextgen for the Practice Management solution, built an ambulatory EMR from the ground up, and spent the last 14 years managing large IT projects for various health systems across the country.
Scott's experience spans the entire IT space. From building HL7 Interfaces, Revenue Cycle applications, document scanning solutions, and complex analytic packages to rolling out MSFT 365 to multi-site organizations, Scott brings a breadth of technical hands-on experience across the healthcare IT spectrum to Eclipse.
